Toroidal Sudoku Rules

Toroidal Sudoku is an unusual variant of sudoku. We have 100 6 x 6 toroidal sudoku puzzles for you to get your teeth into here at the Puzzle Club.

The rules of toroidal sudoku are as follows:

- Each row and column should contain the numbers from 1 to 6 once and once only

- The six coloured regions should also contain the numbers from 1 to 6 once and once only

- The unusual thing about toroidal sudoku is that these coloured regions can wrap off the top, bottom, left and right of the puzzle so it takes some getting used to!

Toroidal sudoku is a fun variant and once you get used to the fact that the regions are not continuous then you can actually get quite fast at solving it, too!
